Great spot and very spacious. This trip was a family vacation for my 3 daughters and my grandson. We had a great time and loved our blue house for the week away from home in GA. Close proximity to everything. Quick trip to beach access or you cold walk. What we liked most is that the rental is pet friendly. We love our fur babies, and it was perfect for them as well. Joe was very quick to respond and kept in touch through the entire process. We will definitely inquire again.

We were blown away with how comfortable the beach house was. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes! Our kiddos enjoyed the back yard and had a blast playing with their newly found shells from the beach on the new patio furniture downstairs. The weather was perfect for our trip and although it was hot out, the house stayed so cool and remained comfortable the entire time we were there.
We had the best time and plan to return to PCB again soon. Thanks again for everything Joe!

The house fit our party of 6 perfectly. We had enough room to move around and not be on top of each other. I totally appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The quiet neighborhood allowed us to enjoy some backyard time. As for the beach, we decided to go and spend the day at St. Andrews park, and was not disappointed. The whole check in and out process was a breeze. We had a great stay.

The home is very cozy and the beds are all comfortable, even the pull out couch bed. There is plenty of room for the family in the open kitchen and living space. The bathrooms are a bit tight, but adequate for a week stay. The front deck is the best part of the home! The pergola provides ample shade for most of the day and there is always a nice breeze. Very close to the beach with a crosswalk only 2 blocks away that leads to the public beach access to the left of Watercrest condos..

We had a great time with our 3 pups for a week at Joes place! The home was very very clean and he included several things that made the stay better! We loved the beach wagon and chair provided! There are lots of boogie boards and sand toys for the little ones! This was a trip with my elderly mom and it was great she had her own room with tv and bathroom! The location is great for St Andrews which I highly recommend and not far from Rick Seltzer park! ! U can’t go wrong staying at Joes place and the pups enjoyed playing around in the yard! Thanks again Joe!

Do you allow pets?
We do allow dogs and ask for a 1 time $100 pet fee. This will be requested after booking.
Our Frenchie loves the fenced backyard and sitting on the front deck people watching.
What are your check-in and check-out polices?
Check-in starts at 4:00pm. You will receive a code before your stay for self check-in.
Check-out time is 10:00am. Our cleaners come shortly after this to prepare the home for the next guest.
Are parties allowed?
Zero tolerance for parties. Our home is in a residential neighborhood with a mix of vacation rentals and permanent residents and could lose our ability to rent this home if there is a party. If one is reported we unfortunately have to call local law enforcement immediately.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Please do not play loud music outside the home during quiet time.
Can I smoke or drink in the home?
No smoking of any kind inside the home. If we detect the home has been smoked in we will need to charge you a large cleaning fee to ozone the property.
Be responsible with alcohol in this home, we are not responsible for any injuries or harm related to drug or alcohol use.
Are there any cameras at the property?
There are no cameras inside or on the back porch for the privacy of our guests. However, we do have a video outdoor camera on the front of the home for extra security and for the protection of the property.
